At Pearl Paws Cattery, we bring over 25 years of experience in breeding healthy, well-socialized kittens. Our knowledge of feline temperament, behavior, and health needs ensures that we provide you with a high-quality companion. While we can’t offer a guarantee that any living being will never get sick, we stand behind our kittens with a Health Warranty that protects both you and your new kitten.

Our health warranty consists of two parts:

We ensure that our kittens leave our care healthy and free from contagious diseases. To offer peace of mind, we ask that you have your new kitten examined by a licensed veterinarian within 96 hours of receiving them. If your vet determines that the kitten is seriously ill or unfit for sale, you may return the kitten for a full refund of the purchase price.

Important Details:

• A written statement from your veterinarian is required.
• Veterinary fees are not reimbursed.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable. However, if you paid for shipping, we will cover the cost of the kitten’s return shipping.
• We adhere strictly to the 96-hour limit. While we understand that vets may not be available on weekends or holidays, the 96-hour window is essential to ensure that any potential illness wasn’t contracted after leaving our care.

We are committed to the long-term health of your kitten. If your kitten is diagnosed with a serious genetic defect or congenital disease before the age of 2, we will provide a replacement kitten. We cover conditions that affect the kitten’s longevity or quality of life, such as severe heart conditions or degenerative nerve disorders.

Examples of Conditions Covered:

• Life-threatening heart defects
• Degenerative nerve diseases

Examples of Conditions Not Covered:

• Mild heart murmurs
• Allergies or conditions that do not affect quality of life

If your kitten is diagnosed with a serious condition, we may ask for a second opinion from a veterinarian, which we will cover at our expense. We aim to work closely with you to ensure your kitten’s well-being and find the best care.

If you’re unable to pick up your kitten in person, we offer a VIP Nanny Delivery Service. This service allows your kitten to be hand-delivered to the airport of your choice by a professional Pet Nanny. Your kitten will travel with a personal assistant who will ensure their comfort, safety, and happiness during the flight. You'll even receive pictures to keep you updated on your kitten’s journey.

Once your kitten arrives, you can pick them up at the airport with just a photo ID—simple and stress-free!

• Exercise & Socialization: We prioritize ample exercise, natural light, and interaction with other kittens to ensure they are well-adjusted and social.
